I. DEFINITIONS

1.1. The Data Manager and the operator of the website www.omnitec.lt (hereinafter – the Data Manager) is “UAB Conna”, company code 302707358, address – Rodūnios road. 34, LT-02187 Vilnius, “Republic of Lithuania”, e-mail address – info@omnitec.

1.2. Buyer – a natural or legal person who has purchased the goods online store www.omnitec.lt.

1.3. Rules for the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), the basic principles of processing, storage and preservation of the personal database, the main data of which are the personal data of the data controllers’ processors.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. This privacy policy belongs to UAB Conna www.omnitec.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) and www.omnitec.lt customers (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) to ensure the basic collection, processing and security of personal data, as well as the procedure.

2.2. Ensuring the collection, processing and security of the Buyer’s personal data in the privacy policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

2.3. Provide your personal data in the e-shop, agree when the Data Controller will manage and process them, for the purposes provided for in the Privacy Policy and legislation, using the procedure.

III. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The following basic principles of personal data processing are followed by the data controller:

3.2. The Buyer agrees that personal data which he voluntarily determines, if necessary,

The buyer has good information about his personal data, having the right to know if his personal data is genuine and the personal data has been provided for the last 1 year, given the need to require their knowledge to be known incorrectly rather than known. Data that need to be lawfully written out when personal data is collected can only be provided when the e-mail is easily info@omnitec.lt.

3.3. The data controller collects and uses customers using telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and other websites when a list of information is provided by the ordered service providers.

3.4. The online store has the option to choose your consent, as the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes. This makes the buyer flagged (I agree that his personal data would be for direct marketing purposes). From the moment consent is given, the Seller sends newsletters to the e-mail specified by the customer by mail.

IV. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

4.1. The Data Controller’s obligation not to disclose the Data Controller’s partners providing the Data Controller’s partners providing the service of delivery of goods or another service event with the Buyer’s order. If during the registration the buyer provides unreliable, false or erroneous data, the Data Controller has the right to cancel the buyer’s registration and delete the data or purchase a private buyer in the e-shop.

5.2. The buyer has the right to change and update the registration information about the submission at any time.

VI. MODIFICATION OF RULES

6.1. The Data Controller has the right to partially or completely change the Rules by notifying the website www.omnitec.lt.

6.2. Additions or changes to the rules take effect
